Aim: Mutual cooperation and academic, scientific and cultural project developments in common interests, such as exchange including students, professors, cooperation in the personal formation, joint achievement about extension activities, courses and postgraduate seminars, publication of results about common interest and achievement about research in groups.

Aim: Universities are, accurately, institutions which promote the scientific knowledge and cultural exchange, as well as the knowledge and culture diffusion through the university extension and formation throughout life; Which have, equally, common aims regarding research and formation promotion, as well as in the culture and sport ; Which answer the aims about the international academic cooperation, manifest their interest in professors’ and investigators’ scientific mobility programs, and students’ as well. Therefore, among the agreement’s aims there is an implementation of investigators’ mobility program, professors and students; The achievement in joint actions including historical, linguistic monographies or another kind which answer to the common interest to both institutions; The achievement of investigation projects, according to the budget availability in any common interest areas to both institutions; The creation and organization of coordinated teaching activities; The organization of international colloquia; the adhesion to activities at International Excellence "Studii Salamantini".
