Aims: Cooperation Agreement between signed between the General Superintendence of Science, Technology and Higher Education (SETI - reaching all the Paraná State Universities), Support Araucária Foundation to the Paraná Scientific and Technological Development and Quebec University in Montreal, aiming the formal framework to the cooperation, to facilitate and intensify the exchanges already existent among the partner institutions, particularly in the French teaching area as a foreign language through Paraná Speaks Languages Program of the General Superintendence of Science, Technology and Higher Education. The activities to e developed are:

- Joint realization of research projects;

- Professors and specialists exchange through the teaching and formation;

- Student exchange;

- Student research and improvement internships accomplishment;

- Joint publications and exchange about experiences regarding the work methodology and academic organization;

- Summer school organization and about the scientific meetings of mutual interest.
