The program “Paraná Speaks English” has a partnership with the Government of Canada, represented by Language Canada and Smrt English.

Language Canada: an association of the linguistic educational sector of Canada, representing two official languages: English and French. Acknowledged by the Government of Canada at an international level, Language Canada is limited to programs of the public and private sector adhering to the most rigorous standards of the association. The goal of this partnership is to define the general guidelines and to facilitate the implementation of programs, projects, activities of common interest, especially in English

Smart English: institution of an exclusive and innovative English teaching system developed by the Department of Pedagogy of the Canadian College of English Language.
Smart has a past of 20 years’ development, present in more than 40 countries and is in use by millions of students in the world. In Brazil, since 2010, the institution presents solutions of high technology for English Language Teaching, adjusted to the Brazilian culture. The partnership wants to run excellent projects apart from “Paraná Speaks English”, for the improvement of English Language Teaching, to become a proper environment for internationalization at UENP.
